Sr/ Jr. Technical Recruiter

Scope of work:
- Result Oriented, productive, ready to work in fast and changing environment (Must Have skills)
- Work closely with Client Managers and Business Development Specialist to find, qualify and place IT and engineering professionals with our Clients
- Present Xceltech and their open projects to prospective candidates.
- Qualify candidates including technical screening, phone/in-person interviewing, salary verification/negotiation and feedback
- May Visit clients with Business Development Specialist
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Follow up with the candidate after interview for feedback
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and create pipeline of talent
- Enter candidate information and updates into our tracking system on a real time basis
- Stay educated on current and new and emerging technologies
- Manage your network by performing periodic prospective candidate status checks and create resume agent
- Actively seek information that will further improve your knowledge of recruiting and help you advance your career in the direction of becoming a very Senior Recruiter or Business Development Specialist.
- Must have a can do attitude and be able to talk to people.
- Must be organized.
- Training will be provided for Jr. Recruiters.
- Must have excellent communication skills and an undergraduate degree.
